At Boundless Brands, every piece is carefully stocked with intention and carefuly priced to match the quality of each product. Because of this commitment, returns are generally not accepted unless an item arrives defective.

– To request a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and include proof of the defect (photos help).
– Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.

🔄 Exchanges

– Exchanges are available only for size-sensitive products (where fit matters).
– Requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
– Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

– Handbags, accessories, and non-sizeable products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
– Items purchased on sale or during promotions are also considered final sale.
